Last weekend I attended a very informational and intense training on the Lower Quarter, so Lumbar Spine and below.
The days were long, the information intense but amazing. Throughout the weekend I had so many questions, about well everything. How I practice, how I live, how I move.
And really isn't this how we evolve and grow? By challenging and questioning ourselves? Not just automatically rejecting or putting up walls to information that sounds different, or unfamiliar.
The beauty is, if we have eyes of a child, and mind of a sponge we can absorb new information and blossom no matter our age.

Yes, I already had this pose featured. However, I want to point out it can be done anywhere. Sometimes we wait for the situation to be perfect to do our practice, or exercise. When this happens the practice rarely does. Follow that Nike slogan- Just do it! Don't wait for the right conditions.
