8. Wellness Does Not Mean Perfection

We should all strive to have vibrant health, connection to our inner blue print of wellness, and feel like we are thriving. However, sometimes life happens,  and some things are outside of our control. Yes, we must be responsible for our health. At the same time we can’t beat ourselves up when life throws us a curveball. We are all human, and have set backs whether that’s in the form of an injury, pain or illness. True health I feel is the ability to ride through these waves of life with grace, with gratitude and still have hope and optimism with out shaming ourselves when our health isn’t perfect. Listen to my own health and wellness journey and how I rode the wave of life when it threw me a curveball.
