What's Included
In the create balance workshop you will:
- Learn why imbalances (strength and flexibility) in the left and right side of your body can cause pain when you sit and/or stand at your desk.
- Use a unique series of asanas (yoga postures) combined with therapeutic techniques to reduce stress and tension while calming the nervous system to sleep better at night. AKA more energy with less exhaustion during the day!!
- Yoga techniques to add to your favorite yoga practice and/or style.
- Create an awareness of how you sit, move and even think to create more results with your time while preventing injury on the mat.
You should complete this workshop if:
- You know you have scoliosis, degenerative disc disease, arthritis or chronic tension in your back and you worry that pain will get worse as you age and you fear it could even effect your ability to work
- You experience discomfort and/or soreness while driving and/or working at the computer
- Wake up in the middle of the night from pain, and are looking for a solution
- Have tried Google and YouTube with no success, and are frustrated with wasted and lost time and are ready for a proven system.

"In the middle of the COVID-19 crisis, I woke up one morning in excruciating pain caused by a herniated disc. I’ve had issues with my back in the past but this particular flareup was one of the worst that I’ve ever had. I couldn’t even roll to one side to get out of bed without intense pain.
