Scoliosis Part II

Now that you have a better understanding of what scoliosis is, here is video that explains what you can do and why.

The most important concept to understand is how many curves do you have, and the direction of the primary curve. All exercises are really custom tailored based off this information. This is what I do in the clinic, is observe patients spine’s and then based off the direction of curves we create a customized program.
